Welcome!

My name is Carlos E. Martinez and I've been a proud BCISD staff member for approximately 27 years.  I have 18 years at Bishop Elementary. I also served about 12 years at Bishop Primary, and Petronila. Currently, I have the privilege to work with young adults at Luehrs Junior High School as the art teacher for these last 9 years.

I believe in hard work and problem solving. I believe you need to know the"whys" to what you are doing to have the good understanding.
