Rosie Elizondo has resided in the Bishop/Petronila community for 23 years.  She is married to LA Elizondo who is a partner in the Gowan Elizondo Law Firm in Corpus Christi.  Rosie and LA have 4 children and 5 grandchildren.  Rosie taught Biology at Bishop High School in 2012-2013 and prior to that taught, she taught Biology at Moody High School in Corpus Christi from 1998-2003.  Rosie currently assists her husband in his personal corporation in Corpus Christi and their ranch in Benavides.  Her family attends St. James church in Bishop and together they serve the Bishop/Petronila community in many ways.  Rosie has served on the Bishop CISD school board since 2019 and has been instrumental in helping Bishop CISD reach many amazing accomplishments.
