Athletic Physicals

** Free Physicals Friday May 8th, 2026 located at the Bishop high School main gym 8:30am-6:00pm. Open to all bishop students for grades 7-12. All athletes must have an updated Physical annually. Please make sure to complete forms that are linked below and bring them signed the day of.  If you sign up for a time during the day, we will call you out at that time to attend. If you are not able to get seen throughout the day, then you have the opportunity to after school hours 3:45-6:00pm.**

All high school and junior high athletes MUST have a new physical for the 2024 - 2025 school year.  All physicals should be uploaded to the rank one app and the original physical should be turned into the athletic trainer.  If you have questions or problems uploading a physical to rank one, please have the athlete bring their physical to the first day of practice.
