Hello, welcome to 5th grade!  My name is Cristina Silvas, and I am so proud to be part of our Badger family.  I have been teaching for 12 years.  I have taught in grades from first to fifth.  This year I coached U.I.L. Ready Writing, Creative Writing, and Dictionary Skills for our campus, and I look forward to next year's competition.  I truly enjoy learning and growing with my students.

I am from Kingsville.  My husband and I have two beautiful, active daughters.  In my free time I enjoy reading, exercising, and being outdoors with my family.    

I look forward to working with you and your children throughout the year.  I'm here to help, feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.  My conference period is from 10:00 to 10:40am.
