I have been teaching for 15 years in Family and Consumer Sciences. I have been with the Bishop CISD family the last 14 years. My career as a teacher has always been my dream. My philosphy of education is to prepare my students to face the difficult and ever-changing, fast-paced world of higher education and the busy challenging world of becoming independent and employed. 

I am also the Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America (F.C.C.L.A.) Advisor for the Bishop High School Chapter.

Hobbies: Hosting family and friends, cooking, baking, fishing, hunting and spending time with my family.
