Welcome to my page! I am from Laredo, TX and graduated from Alexander High School.  I attended TAMIU for 2 years as a Pre-Med student.  My focus was always to attend Texas A&M Kingsville so after 2 years,  I transferred and majored in Animal Science Pre-Vet. I graduated, and in 2006, I made the decision to start teaching.  So now I am starting my 15th year! Throughout the years, I've been a Head Cross Country coach, an Assistant coach for Volleyball, Basketball, Soccer, Track, and a Science UIL coach. I will be starting my 7th year in BishopCISD and I am extremely excited. I love fresh starts because it allows the opportunity to do things better.  My husband, Lazaro, is also a BishopCISD teacher/coach (and a musician).  We have two children, Lyrica who will be 5 and Cuatro is 2 years old.  When we are not on the road with gigs we really enjoy the outdoor life on our ranch/home.  I am a team roper and hope to pass my knowledge and enthusiasm in roping and sports along to my kids.
