Welcome to my webpage!  I am a first grade teacher at Bishop Primary School with Bishop CISD.

This is my 20th year in education and have taught Kinder, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade.  I have taught in Laredo, La Feria, Harlingen and have found my forever home here in the wonderful community and district of Bishop!

I'm certified as a Generalist/Bilingual Education teacher 1st - 8th grade.  

Here at Bishop Primary School, I teach ELA, Math, Social Studies, and Science.  Our first grade team ROCKS!   We have UIL in first and second grade.  This last year, I coached first grade Storytelling and 2nd grade Chess.

I am also one of the BHS Cheer sponsors.  You will most likely find me at a local sporting event because I love following our amazing Bishop atheletes, work at the events and travel with our cheerleaders!  

I am a mom of 3 boys.  My oldest son graduated from BHS in 2016.  I have a son who is a Junior and a son who will be attending Jr. High.  I love to cook, bake, drink coffee, eat anything sweet and love to FISH...yes, I said FISH!  It is very relaxing for me!
