Bishop CISD has designed a TIA calculator that will help teachers calculate their overall effectiveness score. To determine that score, teachers can input the percentage of their students who met the growth measure (0-100%), their T-TESS score (0-40 points) as well as the number of points earned in the Teacher Leadership component (0-20 points).
